Exchanges (Scent Swaps Only)

 


We only offer exchanges in the following cases:

 

  • You received the wrong scent or variant of the product you ordered

  • The product is unopened and in its original condition and packaging

  • You contact us within 7 days of your purchase

 


Exchanges are strictly limited to swapping the scent or variation of the same product line. For example:

  • Swapping Sweet Erotica Shower Gel for Stay PHresh Shower Gel

 


We do not exchange one product for a different product category.
