Advance Deposit Policy

To secure an appointment for any of our wellness or beauty services, an advance deposit is required at the time of booking.

Deposit Amount

A deposit of $50 BBD or 50% of the service price (whichever is higher) is required to confirm your appointment.

Non-Refundable Deposit

All deposits are non-refundable under every circumstance.
However, the deposit will be deducted from your overall treatment total on the day of your appointment.

Purpose of the Deposit

Deposits help:

• Reserve and protect your appointment time

• Prevent no-shows

• Cover preparation, products, and setup for your service

Rescheduling

Appointments may be rescheduled once, with at least 24 hours’ notice, without losing the deposit.
Same-day rescheduling is treated as a cancellation.

Cancellation & Forfeit Conditions

Your deposit will be forfeited if:

• You cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice

• You do not show up

• You arrive more than 15 minutes late and the service cannot be completed

Application of Deposit

Your deposit is applied to your final service total when you attend your appointment.
