Refund & Exchange Policy

At The Vaginal Mint, all sales are final.
Because of the personal and hygienic nature of our products, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

Exchange Policy (Scent Swaps Only)

We offer scent/variant exchanges only in the following situations:

  • The item is unopened, unused, and still in its original packaging

  • You return to the store within 24 hours of your purchase

  • The exchange is for the same product line (scent or variation only)

Examples:

  • Peach Eat Me Up → Watermelon Eat Me Up

  • Sweet Erotica Shower Gel → Stay PHresh Shower Gel

We do not exchange one product category for another (e.g., Yoni Oil → Shower Gel).

How to Request an Exchange

You may request an exchange in two ways:

1. Walk-In Exchange (In-Store Purchases)

Customers who purchased in-store may return directly to the SATJAY Centre location within 24 hours for an exchange — no prior message required.

2. Message Ahead (Optional)

When your return is received and verified as unopened, unused, and in original packaging, the approved scent/variant exchange will be completed.

Opened or Used Items

We cannot accept exchanges for:

  • Opened items

  • Used items

  • Items with broken or tampered seals

  • Products not in their original packaging

For hygiene and safety, opened or used products are strictly non-exchangeable.
